Who we are
Amader Kotha Australia (Our Voice Australia) is a multicultural community newspaper and media initiative of CALD Professionals and Community Incorporated (CPC Inc.), dedicated to informing, connecting and engaging culturally and linguistically diverse communities across Australia.
The publication provides community news, information, cultural perspectives and opportunities that support community participation, cultural understanding, social inclusion and social cohesion.
Amader Kotha Australia operates as a program of CALD Professionals and Community Incorporated (CPC Inc.), a South Australian incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 1985. CPC Inc. is incorporated under Registration No. A45975.
The establishment and operation of the newspaper and associated media platforms are authorised under Section 26 – Media House, Newspaper, and Editorial Governance of the CPC Inc. Constitution, together with the media-related objectives set out in Section 2 of the Constitution.
Amader Kotha Australia is governed within the organisational and editorial framework of CPC Inc., with the Board retaining overall governance and legal oversight in accordance with the Constitution.
